About the Project
This platform was designed and developed by Proyectos de Autor SL for Concord Music Publishing, with one clear goal:
to track the real-time status of music work registrations, including rejections, approvals, conflicts, and detailed reasons for each case.
With live database connections and intelligent rule-based processing, Concord can now monitor the progress of every work — whether it’s accepted, rejected (with reasons), or under conflict — in a fully transparent and accessible way.
WORK STATUS

Works under conflict
Here you can track musical works that present editorial or authorship conflicts.
All relevant metadata is shown to help clarify discrepancies — including SGAE codes, ISWC, controlled contributors, and conflicting parties.
Rejected works
This contains all musical works that have been declined by SGAE due to data inconsistencies, missing rights information, duplicate entries, or other reasons specified in the corresponding data entry.
Accepted works
Accepted Works contains all musical works that have been successfully processed and approved by SGAE. These works have passed validation checks, have complete rights information, and are ready for exploitation and royalty distribution.
Status tracker
The unified tracker displays all musical works processed through the system, regardless of whether they were accepted, rejected, in conflict, or under revision.
You can search by CWR code or work title to quickly locate a specific work and check its current status.
